the following technical support fees will become effective May 16th, 2006.

All sales include 30 days LEVEL 1 support for free.

LEVEL 1
Support calls: $45.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum.  Billable at 30 minute increments thereafter
Includes Leviticus Pro 2005 & Leviticus DCS Pro software support only*. 
 
* Leviticus software bugs will be corrected at no charge at our discretion.
 
LEVEL 2
Support calls: $75.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum.  Billable at 30 minute increments thereafter
Includes data backups / restore, QuickBooks support, PC & 3rd party software support, Leviticus database transfer to another location.
 
LEVEL 3
Support calls: $95.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum.  Billable at 30 minute increments thereafter
Includes network configuration and data backups across network installations. Novell & Windows 2000 & XP servers
